  1. 01 · Website

Your website is usually the first impression, and often the first place a lead drops off.

How do you feel about your website today?
How fast does your site load on a phone?
  2. 02 · Getting found

Customers find businesses through Google listings and, more and more, by asking AI assistants.

Is your Google Business Profile accurate (hours, phone, photos)?
If someone asks an AI assistant for a business like yours, does yours come up?
  3. 03 · Leads and customers

Every lead that has to be copied by hand is a lead that can be forgotten.

When a new lead comes in, where does it go?
Do you know which marketing brings in your best customers?
  4. 04 · Repetitive work

Retyping, reminders and follow-ups add up to hours every week that your team could spend elsewhere.

How much time does your team spend retyping information between tools each week?
Are routine follow-ups (confirmations, reminders, thank-yous) automatic?
  5. 05 · AI readiness

AI is only as useful as the information you give it, and only as safe as the rules around it.

Are your services, policies and common answers written down in one place?
Does your team use AI tools, and are there rules about what information goes into them?
  6. 06 · Continuity

The quiet risk: what happens to your technology when the person who runs it is not available.

If the one person who runs your website and tools were out for two weeks, what would happen?
Who holds the logins for your domain, website and key accounts?

Questions

About the checkup

Is the checkup really free, with no email required?

Yes. Answer the twelve questions and your score appears on the page. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to get in touch afterwards.

How is the score calculated?

Each answer is worth zero, one or two points, two questions in each of six areas. Your score is your points out of the maximum, shown out of 100, along with a status and a suggested next step for each area.

Is this a technical scan of my website?

No. It is a self-assessment based on your answers, which makes it quick and private. If you want a closer look, we can review your actual setup with you.
